Im 18-years-old, and i have 2 slightly crooked teeth on top (on either side of my front ones) %26amp; i was told id need braces for 2 years. Im graduating high school next month, and really dont want braces. Ive done research and come upon porcelain veneers. This seems like it might not be such a bad idea for me, i would have straight teeth w/o braces. Would this be a good or not so good choice to make?
Porcelain veneers?
I'm 16 and currently having one of my teeth corrected using veneers, and my dentist has told me that if i had just one done, it would natural and i would still have my natural line of teeth. You are having just two so they will not look fake. The dentist matches your tooth colour identically and they look great!
Reply:This is my personal opinion. Wearing braces is not that big of a deal nowadays. The only problem that "I" have with veneers is they look too perfect, almost to the point were you can tell you have fake teeth. If your teeth aren't that jacked up and you only need to wear braces for two years I would say go for the braces. Also look at the cost difference. I hope this helps.
Reply:Straighten your teeth using the Invisalign method. Look for a dentist in your area that does it.
