How much do porcelain veneers cost?

I'm thinking about getting them- how many would you need- my teethare straight- just very small.

How much do porcelain veneers cost?
Depends where you live. This is one of those things that many times the more you pay the more you get, to an extent. By "more" I mean consistent excellent long term results. Prices will range from $800 to over $2000 a tooth, average will be a thousand or more.
Reply:It all depends where and aho does them. But anywhere from $500 to $1000.
Reply:I asked my dentist just today. 943 per tooth.

Yikes. I dont know if I'm that vain (or insecure) to give up a years worth of house payments to be prettier for people who are superficially basing an opinion on me. I mean the people who count, wont care.
Reply:Unfortunately, a lot. My two front teeth were really bad (you could see through them and they were very thin) each tooth cost $1,200. Now my dentist thinks I should get eight more veneers on my top teeth because my front teeth don't match the rest of my smile. It's going to cost me $9,800.00! But I've always been ashamed of my teeth; my mother made me drink flouridated water before my teeth were formed, and they were discolored. My teeth are small, too. The dentist also suggested I get Invisalin braces on my bottom teeth because they're slightly crooked. But I live in California, where everything is expensive! Good luck!
Reply:It all depends on where in the US you live :) Most dental insurance does not cover cosmetic dentistry either unfortunately. You could look into a discount dental plan and save on the cost. Check this site out
