Most folks are actually going overseas for this work. It is called Medical Tourism. You can get a veneer for about 250 each and have a great vacation at the same time
Reply:WOW!!!! Find other quotes....there is nothing wrong about getting other opinions and prices....
Reply:They must be that good, but yea they are cheaper in other countries. I'm a dental assistant and have seen some and you can never tell they had them put in unless they tell you.
Reply:They are cheaper in England but I've been stuck with the most awful plastic temporary teeth for ages while the ceramic ones are made. I can't wait to go out again!
Reply:Veneers are usually not the only option for aesthetically enhancing a smile, corrections can be done with a combination of traditional orthodontics or invisalign with bleaching etc. Veneers do offer the quickest fix (the reason they are so prominently featured on makeover shows) but they require the removal of tooth structure (lumineers can be an exception) and are quite expensive due to lab fees.

I would not recommend going to another country to get veneers placed. They are not a one step procedure (you will be in temporaries while the lab fabricates them) and they can have the tendency to pop off (It would be much easier to return to your local dentist for a quick fix).

If you are set on veneers, then shop around, or if you are comfortable - find a dental school where the fees are far lower.
