Can you bleech your teeth even if u have porcelain laminate veneers on a tooth or 2?

i wanna get a porcelain venner on one tooth, but was wonder if i can later bleech my teeth so that they turn whiter, while evenly making the veneered tooth as bleeched as the others. is that possible???

You cannot bleach any artificial teeth. It even says so on the box.

And if you bleach your teeth before you get the veneer your real teeth with eventually go back to their normal color but your veneer will look too white. Just get a good cleaning, maybe a teeny bit of whitening and don't worry about not having blinding white teeth.
Reply:I doubt that you will be able to bleach the veneered teath as well as real teath, you may get uneven results if you do try to beach them... it would be more likely that the veneer would not change color and your natural teath would become bleached.... this is a question you may really want to ask your dentist
Reply:There regular teeth will bleach, but the venners will not.
Reply:i have a porcailin veneer, and my dentist told me that it will never change color. he said that if i beached my teeth it would not be affected and it'd look weird.
Reply:No, you have to whiten your teeth before you have the restorations done. Whether they are composite fillings or porcelain crowns, they will not bleach with teeth whitener.
